It is located at the intersection of Broadway and Vernon Boulevard in the neighborhood of Long Island City, Queens, New York City, United States, North America. In addition to exhibition space, the park offers an arts education program and job training.

I applied a sepia tone from my Adobe Photoshop 7, then applied an old sepia tone from Photobucket. I faded the Photobucket sepia to take the pink out of it.

Hi Everybody!

Here are my nephew and grand-nephew, father and son, watching the Superbowl a couple of Sundays ago.

I photo-edited in half sepia which as you can see keeps some of the color while sepia-izing the rest. I also used a black halo as a kind of frame.

I thought this bright yellow zinnia looked attractive in sepia.

Sepia Scenes #68

When I took photos of some of the gargoyles at Hempstead House in the Sands Point Preserve on Long Island little did I realize that the originals (one is just below) would appear as if they were original sepia shots.

Adding a sepia tone in the usual way (Adobe Photoshop 7) gave me the photo below.

In this case it seems as if the addition of the sepia tone made the photo lose some clarity. Do you agree? I wonder why? Anybody know?

These red flowers are lovely in the original but I thought giving them a slightly pink, gold sepia tone would give them a wonderful effect. I brightened the photo a bit before I added the sepia effect using Hue/Saturation in Adobe.
