I erased the sepia to the original color of the flowers in the middle ground of the photo. I like this effect. Do you?

To get a sepia color like the one above just open a fill layer making sure the color you want is on the background color palette to the left and in the foreground (I chose this very dark gray-brown). Then choose COLOR on the layers palette on the right and Voila!
