Thank you everyone for celebrating our 100th post of Sepia Scenes with the very best sepia shots you could post.
This week I have an interesting shot:
An extraordinarily decorative door on a brownstone in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. The simple windows andd the wrought iron banisters add to the marvelous effect.
Let's see what you have.

These brownstones are stunning, built by old world craftsmen who emigrated from the old world. Ornate and simple a the same time!
This scene takes one back in time.
I like the half-sepia in your header. Gorgeous. MB
Lovely old brownstone. I'm glad they are restored rather than replaced.
I love buildings and this is no exception. Beautiful shot. :)
Beautiful architecture! I love it most especially when they adapt old designs to blend with the contemporary thus preserving it and making it part of urban life!
Lovely architecture detail on the entrance. My first time here, Mary - thanks for hosting!
A beautiful staircase, a nice foto
I love the wrought iron banisters!
Mary - I have been posting to Theme Thursday every week but they seem to have pooped out. I took some photos of antique aircraft at an Air Guard family day that will make a nice series so I think I will visit you for awhile.
Nice picture
This exercise in sepia makes me see my photos otherwise : Thanks !
love the simplicity of the renaissance building style:) Have a great weekend!
Love the crispness of your brownstone shot! A great image for sepia-toning! But you know I'm a sucker for sepia-ized architecture!

Thanks for sharing this link, but unfortunately it seems to be offline... Does anybody have a mirror or another source? Please answer to my post if you do!
I would appreciate if a staff member here at sepiascenes.blogspot.com could post it.
Thanks,
Jules
